由于每个浏览器的默认样式不同，需要使用CSS Reset进行重置，由于每个人的喜好不同，对CSS Reset进行个性化的修改变成Global CSS，最后真正使用到网页CSS上的是Global CSS。这是一个CSS模板，要符合W3C的CSS3标准。

一、目前用的比较比较多的是“Eric CSS Reset”：
